Welcome to the official websites of the project "Active Vocational Learning in Project Management for Trainers"!
Project Description
The project focuses on innovations of education in the area of project management in SMEs and NGOs by training trainers, creating new simulations and other outputs. It reflects unsatisfactory success rates of projects caused among other factors by low knowledge of project management as proved by many studies.
The project aims to improve the quality of education in project management. This will be achieved through training of trainers and creation of new teaching moduleshat will be individually based on each participant organization’s experiences in the area of project management and satisfying target group’s needs.
Innovativeness of this project consists in choosing active form of education, which is significantly more successful than purely theoretical one. Unlike most of existing project management courses, students will have more possibilities to try out the practical tasks of project management in many simulations, games and activities. Trainers are involved in this project so they can try the activities themselves and then utilize them in their teaching. Acquired knowledge will be transferable to the training in other areas.
